Behind much...yes we are on blogging. Last post on Christmas, then on to the New Year 2012!
So after our wonderful stay in Wisconsin, we drove to Minnesota to spend time with the Meier clan for a few days. We arrived and immediately got to enjoy a fondue dinner. This is always a tradition in my family around the New Year, so I was happy not to miss it.
We all ate to our hearts content and as always, the bread dipped in cheese was my favorite part!
We celebrated our Meier Christmas on Dec 29th complete with Monkey bread that Lexi helped me make.
The Brad & Heidi clan arrived in the afternoon and the present opening began!

That night we spent some time with my friends. First Jill & Joe had us over to their sweet pad in Minneapolis for dinner and drinks. It was fun to see the babies & of course my girls!
Later we headed over to Courtney's for laughs and celebration.
The next day we went to Rodney & Peick's house to catch up and see Charlie!
To top off our trip we spent New Years Eve in Owatonna for Brooke Adella's Baptism. Ben and I were so honored to be the godparents and really grateful to be there for the blessing. Brooke looked adorable in her gown made by my mother!
I was also thinking a lot about this guy since he is my other godchild!
After church we went back to the hotel and had another fondue (lucky us :)
...and fit in a celebration for Clara's birthday.
