OMG it was delicious! I'm getting hungry again just looking at it. Thanks to my Mom for the wonderful recipe. Chrissy even made the most out of it by cooking up the hock of the ham to make a great soup. Wonderful! Also, what is an Easter celebration without dying eggs? Not Easter of course...
We (I) managed to eat up all of the ham (11lbs of it!) before we left for JAMAICA ('mon)! We went to Jamaica, not only to enjoy the sun and have a vacation, but also to attend Melissa Peick and Rodney Pierce's wedding. They asked me to take some pictures so I figured it would be a good opportunity to do a full shoot. I figured it would be nice for them and a good opportunity to get experience shooting people rather then mostly inanimate objects. I will elaborate more on this trip later this week once I get some free time. Although I'm going to be pretty busy at work, working late hours, so it might not be till wednesday or thursday.
