Arcade Lights

Back on 4/20 we went to this amazing sauré called Arcade Lights.  It was a fundraiser for Pike's Place market and was held at the market.  Each person was given 10 tokens to use as they pleased.  This could be for beer, wine, entrees, or dessert (this is IDEAL for nibblers like me!)  In addition everyone received a hanky to use as a napkin and a glass jar for beverages.  There was music and dancing and despite the crowds, everyone was in a great mood.

Smith Tower

A couple weekends ago we went to ye ol' Smith Tower. It's one of the oldest buildings in Seattle and was once the tallest one. Now it's pretty much vacant besides some business offices. The building is full of character though and the view from the top is amazing.

By the way, Blogger.com updated their layout and page creation. I don't like it. It's really hard to align images and write next to them. So bear with me while I figure out work a rounds.
